The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to the success of our organization by supporting various functions within the GBS Supply Chain department. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the achievement of departmental goals.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the achievement of departmental objectives
- Assist in various projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Supply Chain stream
- Contribute to process optimization and standardization efforts
- Support data analysis and reporting activities to provide insights for decision-making
- Assist in identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the Supply Chain department
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and identify risks and opportunities leading to improved quality of delivered services
- Provide operations support, including but not limited to coordinating operational activities, optimizing processes, and assisting with other operational tasks as required
- Execute tasks and initiatives in alignment with business priorities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results
- Support system upgrades
- Engage in day-to-day interactions with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Strong service-oriented mindset in Supply Chain context

- Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving to address complex challenges in supply chain operations
- Understanding of cost considerations and their impact within the supply chain process
- Autonomous and independent working style
- Comfort with learning and utilizing internal systems and software applications specific to Supply Chain management
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic level of familiarity with SAP-AFS
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous in a Global Supply Chain environment
- Successful completion of mandatory education level or vocational studies. Bachelor's degree is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries
