- Identify, set up and grow the mix of online channels with the potential to generate the highest business impact, at a global level;
- Implement channel optimisation setups towards profitability-driven KPIs, leveraging automation in bidding technologies and systems, working in tandem with Engineering, and Data & Product teams;
- Explore the business potential of new channels as the Acquisition channel landscape evolves, always ensuring a “test and learn” approach, supporting the development of channel test hypotheses, following-up on test implementation and results;
- Develop reporting mechanisms and routines on all Acquisition channels activity performance to enable performance evaluation and effective decision-making around channel investment;
- Develop CRO workstreams that test hypothesis at a creative, landing page and conversion funnel levels, working in collaboration with multiple departments, including Marketing, Revenue, e-Commerce, and Product & Tech teams;
- Work closely with the Director of Growth and Growth Managers to adjust Acquisition channel activity according to the trading environment of each market;
- Co-develop of the Marketing budget;
- Monitor and report overall Acquisition channels performance against budget, understanding and sharing the root causes of either underperformance or overperformance and putting in place actions on the back of budget deviations, when needed;
- Work with the Head of Brand, PR and Communications to ensure that all local Acquisition channel assets drive a consistent brand experience across the channel mix;
- Recruit, develop, mentor and inspire the Acquisition Marketing Team;
- Bachelor and/or Masters Degree in Business/Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Applied Maths, Physics, Data Science (heavily data processing degrees), or any other related areas;
- Relevant experience, having already worked for more than one company;
- At least 5 years of experience in industry-relevant companies, ideally within a big e-commerce or B2C player (80%+ online) in the Travel industry;
- Experienced in CRO across multiple dimensions (creative, landing page, conversion funnel, etc.);
- Managed a team of at least 10+ people;
- Strong left & right brain - known for creativity but also for rigorous testing, measurement and iteration to improve results continuously;
- Strong people person and leader;
- Structured and methodical in your approach to work;
- Skilled stakeholder manager with strong business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally;
- Expert at managing projects and multiple workstreams, with great attention to detail;
- Experienced liaising with agencies and an effective negotiator;
- Confident and structured communicator to the wider business, who's able to take the rest of the business on the Brand, PR and Comms journey, within a data-driven and tech-focused culture;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal is a must.
