Java Tech Lead

• Lead backend development efforts for a cloud-native 3D collaboration platform used in industries like energy, automotive, and medical devices.
• Collaborate with up to 10 Java developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and architectural input.
• Contribute to designing scalable microservices and integrating with Kafka-based messaging systems.
• Work within a cross-functional Agile team to implement new functionalities in biweekly sprints.

• Several years of professional experience in Java (version 11+).
• Solid expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data migration tools (e.g., Liquibase).
• Previous experience with cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Solid knowledge of Linux and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience participating in system architecture discussions.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

• Experience with Java 17 or migrating systems from Java 11 to 17.
• Knowledge of Spring Cloud, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Performance tuning and debugging (memory dumps, GC optimization).
