Experience with test automation (design, development, and execution of automated test scripts)
Ability to define and maintain test cases, test data, and automation frameworks
Knowledge of ServiceNow (incidents, change management, or QA-related modules)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs/defects
Good communication and organizational skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Intermediate/Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking for documentation and meetings)
