● On December 8th, 2023, Solvay successfully executed the demerger of its specialty chemicals business, giving birth to a brand new company called Syensqo. To allow both companies to reach full independence in terms of assets and capabilities, a 24-month Transition Service Agreement (TSA) was signed between Solvay and Syensqo.
● By the end of the TSA period, Solvay Digital Technology Team must operate a full separation of its IT landscape and services from Syensqo and rebuild internally the IT services and capabilities that were transferred to Syensqo.
● As a CRM Technology manager, you will work on leading the CRM suite implementation project at Solvay, managing the relationship with our CRM TSA provider on a day-to-day basis including contract changes, issue and dispute resolution, and TSA termination; set-up the future day to day activities management & operating model for IT Sales & Marketing service; and running the future day to day activities for the IT Sales & Marketing service.

● You will be accountable for:
○ Implement a “fit for purpose” CRM suite at Solvay.
○ Manage priorities, budget and road map in close relationship with CRM BusinessChampions Community, other IT platforms, software vendors, third-party partners, to drive a higher level of efficiency and effectiveness.
○ Manage relationship with TSA provider (Syensqo) on a day-to-day basis to ensure service delivery including contract changes, issue and dispute resolution, and TSA termination
○ Ensure global service reliability & performance
○ Monitor the performance of subcontracted services and take appropriate actions to be in line with the level of service expectations.
○ Design the operating model to manage day-to-day run and build activities

● Relevant work experience Strong experience in CRM implementation of leading technologies (Salesforce, SAP, … )

● Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Portuguese base pay reasonably expected for this role is 56 000€ to 70 000€, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
