Instead, they agree on the desired outcome and provide trust, freedom and flexibility to solve the tasks in the way that you, as a professional, find best.Your new RoleYou will be a key contributor to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects focused on the Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Your work will involve configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials Modules, developing and managing integrations, and building reports and dashboards using Oracle Analytics Cloud and other tools.As an Oracle Fusion Cloud Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Drive execution and performance of the O2C workstream;
Configure Oracle Fusion modules and customize SaaS applications;
Design and maintain integrations via OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, and ADFdi;
Build dashboards and visualizations using BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View, FRS, and OAC;
Manage Application Operations (AO) including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning;
Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation;
Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions;
Document technical and functional specifications and provide post-go-live support;
Continuously improve financial and technical processes through standardization and automation.

Your typical day will include:

Application Operations (AO) management;
Stakeholder engagement;
System configuration;
Monitoring integrations;
Developing insights through analytics;
Troubleshooting;
Attending Agile Ceremonies;
Delivering high-quality solutions.

You will be part of a global and collaborative team working with cutting-edge Oracle Cloud technologies, in a fast-paced environment.What you will need to be succeedTelenor is looking for experienced and versatile Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultants across 4 specialization areas: Functional O2C; Technical SaaS; Technical Integration; and OAC Analytics.To succeed as an Oracle Fusion Cloud Specialist you will need:

Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field;
Oracle Cloud Certification (would be a plus);
ITIL, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement Certifications (are preferred);

4-8 years of professional experience in the field (preferably hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation in complex environments, and Oracle Consultancy);
Deep understanding of the O2C lifecycle and related Oracle modules;
Experience with large-scale ERP environments, data volumes, and complex integrations;
Competence and experience with/or exposure to AI tools or techniques in the context of ERP or analytics;
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion AO and SaaS operations;
Proven ability to build scalable reports and dashboards;
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Fluency in English.
