- Designing and implementing scalable backend architectures.
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers.
- Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Investigating and resolving complex technical issues.
- Writing comprehensive unit and integration tests.
- 3+ years' experience in designing and developing robust backend systems.
- In-depth knowledge of programming languages e.g C#,Java, Golang, elixir, Rust, Python, Others and related technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Frameworks like Spring Boot, Rest, GraphQL and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational databases.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Leadership potential and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in writing test cases and conducting test automation.
- Experience working in cloud development environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Frontend Skills using Javascript, Typescript, Vue || React || Angular.
- Experience with other languages like Golang, Python, Node, etc.
- Familiarity with Middleware Architecture or Message Queues (Kafka & RabbitMQ is a plus).
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Travis, Circle CI, Jenkins, etc.
