  • Regulating and monitoring content on a social media platform to ensure it adheres to community guidelines and standards.
  • Reviewing user accounts and advertisements that may contain sensitive or inappropriate material.
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of the content by following established procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborating with other team members to address and resolve content-related issues.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for improving content moderation processes.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German at a C2 level and English at a B2 level.
  • Experience: Previous experience in content moderation or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
  • Other: Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
