📌 Monitor daily content activity and apply corrective measures
⚖️ Make fair and balanced decisions based on defined policies
💡 Suggest improvements for moderation processes and user safety
🚨 Handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with professionalism🎯 Requirements:
✔️ Native/fluent in Danish (C2), intermediate in English (B1+)
✔️ Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
✔️ Fast learner and able to adapt to new tools and policies
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Strong organizational and time management abilities
✔️ High attention to detail and ability to assess content objectively
