Job DescriptionWe are looking for fluent Czech speakers who would like to work in an international customer service team from the comfort of their home office in Portugal - Candidates must be located in the greater Lisbon or Porto area if they want to permanently work from home.The roleAs a Customer Advisor you will support customers of a very well known pharmaceutical company specializing in vaccine development. The company's corona vaccine has been officially approved in the EU and as a Customer Advisor you will be handling customer inquiries by phone and email regarding the vaccine. This could be in relation to the availability, timing and location of vaccination campaigns. You will also assist with making vaccination appointments. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday, 09:00h to 18:00h.RequirementsThe successful Customer Advisor has:Fluency in English and CzechPrevious Customer service experience desiredProblem solving skillsAbility to muti-taskSalary, Relocation Package and BenefitsThe interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, Skype and online tests. You will work 40 hrs per week withing the hours of operation which is Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate that would need to relocate to Portugal, which includes: flight reimbursement, airport pickup and your accommodation is provided during your employment.
