We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile: Technical Support Engineer (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon) What we are looking for: Hard skills: • Expertise in web applications, error log analysis, and database management. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitLab and GitHub Actions. • Proficiency in Python, PHP, and Go Lang. • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL. • Experience with Docker ECS and AWS. • Experience with FossID and ScanOSS (a plus). • Experience with Wiz and VURIOUS. • Understanding of software clearing. • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with users and teams. • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach. • Patience and dedication to providing high-quality user support. • Ability to work independently. • Aptitude for fostering a supportive environment with users.
