We are looking for a Solar PV or EV Charger Technician for one of the most relevant companies in the energy sector. O que terás de fazer- Identify and define the requirements for EV Charger or Solar PV installations.- Perform audits and visits to the EV Charger or Solar PV installations.- Manage Suppliers, namely to evaluate EV Charger or Solar PV proposals, performance and quality, installations schedulings, control the suppliers KPIs and assign them site repairs.- Provide technical support, to the Sales and Customer Support teams, either internal or external, related with EV product offering.- Study and analyze EV related products and services.- Provide the third level support to Customer Suppor teams or directly to the end-user;- Technical training to the Customer Support teams (internal and external);- Manage warranties and assign to partners any request for local assistance or repair.- Evaluation of EV Charger stations compliance and quality;- Monitoring and evaluation of customers projects;- Management of product stock and ordering;- Partners KPI evaluation;- Periodic meetings with partners.O que deves garantir- Technical or higher studies in the area of energy and renewable energy or other related areas;- Experience designing, installing or maintaining Solar PV or EV Chargers installations.- Good leadership skillsO que te proporcionamos- Integration in an innovative and high-investment project;- Project development with international relevance;- Health Insurance;- Annual bonus.Onde vais trabalhar Vila Real (Vila Real)
