- Damage documentation – Accurately record all existing or new damages using photos and digital tools;
- Damage classification – Assess the severity of the damage (cosmetic vs. structural) to determine necessary actions;
- Customer interaction – Clearly explain any damage findings to clients in a professional manner;
- Cost analysis – Estimate repair costs and propose cost-effective solutions;
- Report management – Prepare regular incident reports for internal tracking and improvements;
- Compliance with regulations – Ensure procedures align with insurance and legal standards.
- Languages: fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Attention to detail – Crucial for spotting even minor damages on vehicles;
- Technical automotive knowledge – Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and bodywork for accurate assessments;
- Communication skills – Ability to explain findings and procedures clearly to customers and colleagues;
- Organizational skills – Manage multiple inspections and reports efficiently;
- Time management – Quickly assess vehicles, especially during peak times;
- Computer literacy – Use of fleet management software, damage recording systems, and reporting tools;
- Conflict resolution – Handle disputes or disagreements with customers calmly and professionally;
- Teamwork – Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and maintenance departments.
