Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!The amazing you, will have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology;
0-2 years of experience as a Production Support;
Knowledge with SQL, Linux, Ansible and Observability/Monitoring tools;
Work resolving incidents, answering user requests and monitoring production environments;
Excellent communication skills;
Fluent in English;
Being already in Portugal and Lisbon - hybrid model 2x per week.
