- Within 3 months, you will have conducted a full audit of the existing DCO platform, identified key areas for UX improvement, and presented a clear vision and strategy for the DCO 3.0 redesign. You will have established initial user flows and wireframes for critical journeys.
- Within 6 months, you will have developed and implemented V1 of our new Design System in Miro, Figma or your tool of choice. You will be working in lockstep with the Frontend Developer, shipping the first redesigned components and features, and validating your design decisions with user analytics.
- Within 12 months, you will have established a mature, scalable design process for the entire product team. The DCO 3.0 vision will be largely implemented, resulting in measurable improvements in user satisfaction and task completion rates. You will be the go-to expert for all things design and user experience at SECJUR.
- You are a senior Product Designer with proven experience designing complex, data-rich B2B SaaS applications.
- Your portfolio clearly demonstrates your expertise across the full design stack: from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping.
- You are an expert with modern design tools like Figma and Miro, and you have a passion for exploring and integrating new tools, especially those enhanced by AI.
- You have experience creating and maintaining a scalable Design System from the ground up.
- You possess a deep sense of "technical empathy," understanding the fundamentals of frontend development and how to design solutions that are not only beautiful but also feasible to build.
- You are a strategic thinker who can translate user needs and business goals into simple, elegant design solutions.
- You are a strong communicator, fluent in English, and excel at presenting and justifying your design decisions to a cross-functional team.
