- Source candidates through various channels such as databases, social media, and job fairs.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Collaborate with different departments and managers to validate hiring needs and requirements.
- Oversee the onboarding process to help new employees integrate smoothly into the company.
- Build trust with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain and update analytical reports and recruitment databases.
- Native or fluent in French (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level.
- University degree, ideally in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment methods, including profile definition, assessments, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs.
- Positive attitude with a focus on community building and teamwork.
- Competitive salary paid in 14 installments per year.
