With best-in-class research and predictive analytical tools, BASES remains at the core of our client's new product ideas, product messaging that inspires action, fresh packaging designs and optimal product launch strategies.This role sits within the BASES EU Operations team, responsible for ensuring that market research projects are set up smoothly. The aim of the Project Coordinator is to work as a liaison between the commercial team and our internal departments & external suppliers to execute high-quality consumer data collection for our research studies.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborating with the commercial team on study objectives and client requirements for the survey execution
  • Creating high-quality questionnaires; coordinating the translation process
  • Checking programs for online surveys
  • Acting as a point of contact for the commercial team on survey set up, test product, concept logistics, and data collection
  • Coordinating, communicating and documenting all research study information, deadlines and changes, whilst managing timelines
  • Creating study material for external vendors and monitoring the progress of interviews
  • Liaising with internal and external departments on pre-field set-up
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU:This is an entry-level position which might be a great start for young graduates and all candidates who want to develop their careers in the market research sector.QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Fluent in English - written and spoken
