A HMR pretende recrutar um(a) Data Reference Specialist para integrar a sua equipa de Data Reference & Sourcing, com responsabilidade pela gestão e organização de dados de referência e estruturação de catálogos relativos ao setor da saúde. Este(a) profissional será responsável por atualizar e assegurar a qualidade dos dados de referência utilizados na HMR, de acordo com as necessidades de negócio e de requisitos legais.Responsabilidades:
  • Gerir e manter os diferentes catálogos de dados de referência da organização, de acordo com as periodicidades definidas;
  • Manter e procurar fontes de informação que garantam a qualidade e atualização dos dados de referência;
  • Colaborar com equipes operacionais e de negócio para assegurar a relevância, consistência e integridade dos dados de referência.
  • Apoiar iniciativas de Data Governance e de evolução de serviços;
  • Promover boas práticas de gestão, documentação e normalização da informação.
O que procuramos:
  • Licenciatura em Gestão da Informação, Informática de Gestão ou áreas similares;
  • Experiência anterior em funções ligadas a gestão de dados, catalogação, normalização de informação ou documentação de processos;
  • Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Capacidade de estruturação de informação, atenção ao detalhe e organização;
  • Familiaridade com dados relacionais e noções básicas de SQL (valorizado);
  • Boas competências de comunicação e trabalho em equipa.
