- Gathering, analyzing, and translating product requirements into clear epics and user stories.
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing development work across one or more agile teams.
- Reviewing sprint deliverables to ensure they meet stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinating product mockups, prototypes, and end-to-end testing (including alpha, beta, and UAT).
- Leading release planning and managing internal/external communications on new feature deliveries.
- Identifying feature gaps, providing feedback, and supporting development during agile ceremonies.
- Becoming a subject matter expert for the product(s), providing insight and guidance to the team.
- Challenging Product Managers to define business requirements that solve real user problems.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Proactively communicating with business teams, developers, and stakeholders.
- Organizing and leading workshops to align product goals and technical feasibility.
- Keeping stakeholders informed of product progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Continuous Improvement
- Coordinating bug triage and prioritizing fixes.
- Adapting to changing priorities and project scopes with a problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role, preferably with Scrum Product Owner certification.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder interaction.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and deliver under pressure.
- Experience with backlog management and sprint planning.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Bonus: any business domain knowledge or technical expertise (e.g., systems, architecture, networking, etc.).
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
