Implementation and continuous development of the global master data management (MDM) and cross-system master data processes;
Conceptualization and introduction of standards & methods in coordination with departments (e.g. Engineering, Controlling, Supply Chain, ...), business units and central departments;
Participation and, potentially, leadership of specific MDM project initiatives (e.g. roll-out, governance) as well as conducting process analyses and creating requirement concepts;
Creation of change impact analyses and derivation of necessary process and organizational change requirements;
Creation of documentation / training materials and conducting trainings;
Be a central point of contact / consultant for departments and business units on a global level.

QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:Education: Bachelor or Master degree (Computer Science or Business Informatics) or equivalent qualification;Experience & Know-How:

Several years of professional experience in master data management (MDM) as well as in data and process modeling of complex scenarios;
Methodologies for project work, preferably in agile project management in an international environment;
Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications for implementation in IT systems;
Strong analytical understanding of processes and systems;
Proficient use of office applications;
Excellent knowledge of mapping master data objects in SAP (ERP / MDG), PDM, PIM, as well as in logistics and reporting systems.

Languages: Excellent English skills (written and verbal).Personality:

Structured approach and targeted communication.
Willingness to travel internationally.
