- Coordinate with external vendors to procure and manage network services and hardware.
- Monitor and report on the performance of network services, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage network-related incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on business operations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve service delivery processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of service delivery processes, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on service performance and improvement initiatives.
- Manage the budget for network services, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery, network management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Leadership and project management capabilities.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Strong knowledge of network technologies (WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls).
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
- Understanding of network security practices and tools.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
