Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of proven experience with Java development.
Expertise in Java EE, JSF/Primefaces, JPA/Hibernate, EJB, CDI, and other relevant technologies.
Experience with Agile methodologies, SVN, and SQL.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
Strong soft skills, proactivity, and empathy.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in Java development.
