Efficiently handle incoming support inquiries (non-voice - via chat and/or ticket) with accuracy
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex issues as needed
Investigate and collect information to provide to customer
Provide detailed and organised customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:

Have an advanced level of Dutch (written and oral) (C1) and a good level of English (B2)
Understand of how social platforms function
Have proved computer skills and diligent worker
Have high attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
