In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex banking transformation projects using Finastra’s core banking solutions.You will manage SaaS, cloud, and on-prem implementations, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead full lifecycle implementation of core banking solutionsDefine project scope, timelines, and success metricsAct as the primary point of contact for customer engagementsCoordinate internal teams, partners, and vendorsManage data migration, integration, and deployment activitiesMonitor project performance and report on progressIdentify and mitigate risks and ensure complianceSupport business development and contribute to proposalsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field10+ years in IT project/program management5+ years managing core banking implementationsExperience with platforms such as Temenos, Oracle, or FinacleStrong knowledge of SaaS, cloud, APIs, and digital bankingExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsCertifications such as PMP, Prince2, or ITIL are a plusWork Environment:A hybrid working model with some travel based on project needsCollaboration with global teams and customersWhy Join Us?Work on high-impact projects with leading financial institutionsBe part of a collaborative and innovative teamOpportunities for growth and professional developmentWe are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
