- Act as the first point of contact at the office reception, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Coordinate internal training sessions and serve as the liaison between trainers and employees.
- Provide administrative support to HR, including data entry, document management, and employee queries.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and assist in resolving day-to-day office-related issues.
- Manage office supplies, access tools (badges, lockers, parking), and support travel arrangements.
- Assist in organizing internal events and initiatives to support employee engagement.
- Naturally outgoing, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and assertively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
