Propose, plan and execute UX research activities for digital payments products, following best practices;
Carry out market analysis and research to understand trends, business needs, user behavior and preferences;
Apply various quantitative and qualitative research methods, such as interviews, surveys and usability tests, to obtain information about the product and its use;

Translate research results into practical solutions that increase user satisfaction and engagement, while simultaneously solving the company's needs;Plan and carry out prototype tests to test the main assumptions in terms of feasibility and usability;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research results into actionable product strategies.Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as UX Designer or in similar roles;
Proven experience in research methodologies in a B2B environment, preferably technology-oriented;

Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative research methods;Proficiency in design tools and Microsoft Office;Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills;Fluent English and Portuguese.Offer:
