  • Support clients via phone and email with questions about services and products

Requirements:
  • Native-level German speaker
  • Proficient English skills (business level)
  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Contract: Long-term fixed-term, renewable annually
  • Working hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 07:00–22:00, rotational shifts (40h/week)
