Software Engineering Team Lead (Remote)Our client is at the forefront of crypto’s cutting-edge technology, and we’re seeking an experienced engineering leader to join their team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the world.About the Company
Our client built the first high-performance Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) to empower DeFi traders with ultra-low-latency connectivity across Ethereum, BSC, and Polygon. By leveraging a global server network optimized for performance—and backed by investors such as Coinbase—the BDN and accompanying DeFi tools give users a competitive edge in crypto trading. Nodes connect via open-source gateways, and developers can integrate seamlessly through a public API.Responsibilities

Lead a small team of blockchain core experts focusing on MEV services/mempool transactions for BSC
Create offerings that leverage the profit validators gain, while creating offerings for searchers
Develop and implement strategies to optimize performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support blockchain best solutions
Provide insight on best practices working with validators and traders in regards to BSC
Play a pivotal role in increasing productivity, growth and engagement for the team
Work on special data analysis projects, as needed
