- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and contribute to annual accounts preparation.
- Work closely with different teams to ensure proper financial transactions and expense allocations.
- Identify discrepancies and support the resolution of general ledger issues.
- Provide documentation and support for audits (annual and tax-related).
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and automation in finance operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance; exposure to international environments or shared service centers is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a desire to grow professionally.
