Responsabilidades:Alfa Laval Iberica wants to recruit a Field Sales Engineer for capturing all business opportunities in Energy Process Portugal to lead both industries. S/he will be responsible for developing this business and selling our full range products to our customers, mainly end customers using Energy Efficiency and New Energy Landscape as main business drivers. Also he/she will be boosting all opportunities for different BU's, in the same market (Cross selling). This responsibility requires a high level of coordination with the rest of the members of Iberica Sales Company and BU's central team. In addition, s/he will also be responsible for developing the Biogas market at Iberica level (Portugal & Spain) exploring all business opportunities across different Divisions (Food&Water and Energy) dealing mainly with all players present in this ecosystem (Contractors, Promotors and End Users).The main responsibilities will be: Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make business plans according to the Business Division strategy and targets.Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them in real business opportunities in order to ensure the pipeline.Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, with multichannel perspective, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services.Who you are…? Job requirements: Industrial Engineering degree (preferred) or similar. Strong and solid commercial orientation with, preferably, at least 5 years' experience in technical sales. We value heat transfer and separation/filtration technology knowledge. Portuguese, Spanish, and English speaker. The position is located in our offices in lisbon- Availability to travel in Portugal and SpainData de validade: 30/04/2024
