– Degree (or training) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field;
– Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects;
– Proficient in Figma, incl. interactive prototyping, auto-layout, variants, variables, dev mode, and tokenizing;
– Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices;
– Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;
– Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus;
