Job DescriptionLocation: Lisbon, Portugal - or work from home in PortugalRole: Dutch Technical Support AgentSalary: basic gross p/m Euro 1283 + 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucherWorking hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Saturday 7am to 7pmRelocation: flight reimbursement + subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/mThe CompanyOur client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit Dutch Technical Support Agents. Full work from home in Portugal is available for this role.The RoleAs a Dutch Technical Support Agent you will be working for a company providing energy efficient lighting products. You will receive incoming queries via phone, email and live chat in regards to technical issues. Listening to clients needs, troubleshooting and first time resolution are important.Requirements

Fluent Dutch and English
Previous Technical Support experience desired
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and attention to details

Salary and benefitsCompetitive monthly gross salary of : basic gross p/m Euro 1283 plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher. Fully paid training is provided. Excellent career opportunities.
