
Social Media B2B Sales Representative in Lisbon

- Advising and consulting small and medium-sized businesses to grow their activities through social media advertising
- Acquiring new advertisers within the SMB market
- Supporting and extending self-service solutions for clients
- Providing both pre-sales and after-sales support for all services
- Guiding clients on tools, products, and strategies
- Identifying trends and sharing feedback from customers with the engineering team
- EU citizenship or valid work permit/residency card (mandatory)
- Native level of French and fluent English (B2–C1)
- Sales mindset or previous sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
- Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering results
- Drive for excellence and professionalism
- Contract type: Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually
- Probation period: 30 days before signing the contract
- Working hours: 5 days/week, 8h/day, rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, 8 am – 6 pm
- Salary package (two options):
- Private health insurance from day one (in addition to standard coverage)
- Training compensation: 50% of hourly wages during the 15-day training period (lower tax rate applied)
