- Manufacturing & Operations: Understand our core production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and identify opportunities for digital optimization on the shop floor.
- Industrial Engineering & Process Improvement: Analyze workflows, design smarter processes, and implement solutions using simulation, data analytics, and automation.
- IT & OT (Operational Technology): Bridge the gap between information technology and the machinery on the shopfloor, working on MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), software solutions, and data infrastructure.
- Lead Digital Projects: Take ownership of projects from concept to implementation, in areas like: software development, artificial intelligence, data analytics, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or IT infrastructure.
- Analyze & Innovate: Act as an internal consultant, analyzing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing innovative digital solutions.
- Collaborate & Influence: Work cross-functionally with engineers, operators, IT specialists, and senior management to ensure project success and drive cultural change towards a digital-first mindset.
- Learn & Grow: Actively participate in tailored training sessions, workshops, and mentorship meetings to build your technical, managerial, and leadership skills.
- Report & Present: Clearly communicate your findings, project progress, and business impact to the plant's leadership team.

- Field of Study: Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial), Information Technology, Data Science, Management, or a related field with a strong technological focus.

- Early Experience (3-5 years): This role is ideal for graduates with 3-5 years of professional experience.
- Proven Initiative: Demonstrable experience through internships, university projects, startup involvement, or extracurricular activities that showcase your leadership and project management skills.
- Industry Affinity: A proven interest in the automotive industry and/or manufacturing is a significant plus.
- Digital Literacy (Must-have):
- Strong understanding of core Digital Transformation concepts (Industry 4.0, IoT, Big Data, AI/Machine Learning, Cloud Computing).
- Experience with Scrum as agile framework for developing, delivering, and maintaining complex software products.
- Technical Skills (Highly Desirable):
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML):
- Fundamental knowledge of ML concepts (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, regression, classification).
- Practical experience with AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) through academic projects or internships is a significant advantage.
- Understanding of how AI can be applied in a manufacturing context, such as for predictive maintenance, quality control (computer vision), or process optimization.
- Software & Scripting Fundamentals:
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, PHP, Java, Javascript) for scripting, automation, or building proof-of-concept applications.
- Database administration (e.g. MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
- Understanding of software development principles, including version control (e.g., Git).
- Experience with APIs and data integration.
- Data Analytics:
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or programming languages (Python, R) is a major advantage.
- IT/OT Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of MES, SCADA, PLC systems, and network infrastructure is a plus.
- Languages:
- Portuguese: Native or bilingual proficiency
- English: Full professional proficiency (C Level) is mandatory for this role.
