- Relationship & Stakeholder Management | Partner closely with your client (Microsoft) stakeholders to build, market, and sell devices and solutions with tangible results for key performance indicators.
- Operations & execution | Provide support for the improvement of digital capabilities, toolkits, and workshop preparation.
- Cross Collaboration | Collaborate with different marketing teams at Microsoft and VML to drive execution across the marketing mix. Work with the media agency on planning and monitoring. Liaise with community managers for social integration.
- Project Management | Drive executional and operational campaign excellence, managing timelines, and deliverables with respective peers and stakeholders. Ensure campaigns are running seamlessly across different systems and tools.
- Reporting and analysis | Collate partner reporting and publish performance insights.
- Collaborative | Work effectively across different teams and personalities. Successful in a remote-focused environment.
- Self-Starter | Proactive, positive, and adaptable with a problem-solving approach.
- Focused | You place an importance on the details and have a desire for excellence.
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing communications, business operations or business consulting experience.
- Fluency in English required.
- Fluency in French required.
- Experience successfully delivering and executing digital campaigns from start to completion.
- Demonstrated skills in relationship management, cross-group collaboration, and conflict resolution.
- Skillful at crafting and presenting compelling points of view to clients.
- Interest in marketing and campaign operations, an asset.
