- Implement and training all areas on company Quality and Customer-specific (Plant) standards and Key Indicators
- Analyze and report Quality information (Plant)
- Develop and implement improvement plans and monitor their effectiveness
- Conduct problem solving activities and improvement groups, based on FTQ results and Customer complains Be the liaison between the plant and the customer or CSE regarding issues related to Quality
- Coordinate and monitor PPAP’s and provide documentation to customer
- Participate in the execution of PFMEA and Control Plans (file and maintain related records)
- Analysis of the Customer's specific requirements • Be part of the PDP group and guarantee Quality inputs for new business, engineering changes and business transfer
- Responsible for Value Stream production quality control and assurance process standardization and improvement
- Manage all shop-floor Quality activities at the Plant, related to products and services
- Coordinate activities of correction and prevention of problems in products and processes of the company, suppliers and partners
- Ensure that immediate actions are implemented to protect the Customer
- Ensure correct communication between shifts of “lessons learned” and their implementation
- Supervise Quality activities related to the process and product • Ensure compliance with rules / procedures related to Environment, Health and Safety
- Polymerous or Chemistry Degree with a proven experience in the automotive industry preferably in the manufacturing of coopers.
- Solid Know-how in cable manufacturing with details and results orientation
- Solid Analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Teamwork, Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks
- Outstanding written and verbal English skills
