- Under limited supervision, prepare and maintain databases & statistical reports used in financial/quality/performance management decision-making.
- Investigate and analyze data and decide upon alternatives to complete assignments.
- Assemble and assess statistical information from system databases and other sources.
- Independently plan, prepare and maintain business unit reports critical to organizational success/profitability and meeting client expectations.
- Investigate, analyze and assess trends and campaign/brand activity.
- Monitor, evaluate and assess unit productivity on a daily basis.
- Communicate with the manager on a daily basis to resolve problems/issues, assess scores/trends and maximize efficiency.
- Additional operations support duties as assigned.
- Creation of “ad hoc” reports under short timelines
- Takes personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies.
- English C1 advanced level
- Strong computer, communication and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Access/Database skills appreciated
- Power BI experience is highly valued
- VBA knowledge/experience is highly valued
- SQL knowledge/experience is highly valued
- SAP Business Objects knowledge/experience highly valued
- Data Architecture knowledge/experience is highly valued
- Ability to collect and assess large sets of data, dashboard creation and KPI evaluation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, make independent decisions and solve complex problems
- Strong understanding of the call center industry and operations,
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment,
- Demonstrated ability to develop professional relationships and interact with all levels of internal and external clients.
- Solution driven mindset
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal
- Availability to work 100% from our site in Porto
- Minimum 1 year experience as Reporting Specialist or Real Time Analyst
