We are looking for fluent Dutch speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support who would like to work in an international environment. This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Braga.The roleYou will be the first point of contact for Dutch and Belgium employees of a petroleum company. You will receive incoming call with queries in relation to passwor resets, issues with hardware and software. Assisting the employees with light technical troubleshooting is part of your daily task. For any more complicated IT issues you would need to escalate to a next levl support agent via a ticketing system. This is a 24 x 7 operation and would require you to work rotational shifts including late or night shifts.RequirementsThe successful Customer Support Agent will haveFluency in English and DutchPrevious Customer or technical support desiredInterest in technologyAbility to work night shiftsSalary, Relocation Package and BenefitsThe interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, so no need to come to Braga until you are successful! A 4-6 weeks fully paid training is provided. The basic salary for this role is around 9800 EURO gross per year plus a monthly language bonus of 300 Euro gross per month, plus additional monthly shift bonus, meal allowance.
