- Act as a single point of contact for all order intake-related questions
- Check the offers in the calculator program to eliminate errors
- Input sales orders on SAP
- Prepare the invoicing schedule for the finance department
- Communicate with several internal departments (engineering, planning, purchase, transport , finance) to ensure efficient processing of the orders
- Communicate directly with end-customers about the scheduled delivery of the orders
- You have a degree and 1-3 years' experience in an administrative role
- You are very precise in administrative tasks
- You like to communicate with different people from different international departments
- You are a team player
- You are not afraid to work in a challenging environment with lots of variety
- You can work independently to prioritize your own tasks
- You have good knowledge of the MS Office package. Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- You are fluent in English. French and other languages are a plus
