- Plan and coordinate all operational activities of the contract, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are efficiently allocated;
- Lead the project team, monitoring execution and associated costs, ensuring alignment with defined objectives;
- Monitor project implementation against the activity plan and established quality criteria;
- Ensure effective communication with the client, gathering and providing relevant information to support smooth project development;
- Identify additional business opportunities during project execution, enhancing profitability;
- Oversee operational cost control and ensure adherence to defined budgets;
- Prepare and manage technical specifications for procurement of equipment, materials, and services, in coordination with Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics departments.
- Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Telecommunications and Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (pre-Bologna or post-Bologna Master's degree);
- 4 to 10 years of experience in similar roles;
- Proven experience in design/construction projects for system infrastructures (signaling, telecommunications, energy) in transport environments (railway, metro, or similar);
- Experience in contract management, planning, and team coordination;
- Experience with public works contracts (CCP) and/or highly complex projects will be valued, as well as prior experience in railway-related projects;
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and MS Project;
- Valid driving license (Category B);
- Valid membership with the Portuguese Order of Engineers (Ordem dos Engenheiros).
