- 4+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in IT;
- Expertise in BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, and Tableau;
- Experience as an administrator of the above tools is a plus;
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes;
- In-depth understanding of BI solutions and platforms;
- Ability to connect business data to processes and operations;
- Strong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving approach;
