Today, in Portugal, we have more than 900 employees and 3 factories for the production of injectable medicines.Hikma, intends to recruit an Officer, LIMS (m/f) to integrate Quality Control Department, on-site workMain Responsibilities:
  • Introduces / Creates on the software the effective specifications for raw materials, packaging material, finished products and stability samples used by the different laboratories.
  • Creates / updates and validates new analysis necessary for laboratory use on the software.
  • Solves daily issues, problems, and doubts on the software for the different laboratories / users.
  • Generates Change Control requests on Ivanti system for new users requested.
  • Writes / Review SOPs upon request.
  • Manage LIMS projects in parallel with Columbus (COL) site.
Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technicial/science, engineering or chemical fields
  • Capability of working with others and as part of a team is essential
  • Good problem-solving techniques is needed to make necessary adjustments and to prioritize tasks
  • Exhibited ability to work in a highly structured regulated environment, including the capacity to follow directions, have attention to detail, meet deadlines and multi-task.
  • Good command of Windows operating system, namely in the software Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • English Intermedium Level
  • Organizational Skills
