Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Operations Purchasing & Logistics Assistant (m/f) to integrate the Supply Chain & Procurement Department of Logoplaste Portugal.Reporting directly to the Supply Chain & Procurement Manager, you will be required to work as an integral part of the team.If you fit the profile, please submit your cv. This Recruitment process is confidential.Key tasks & Activities

Support the indirect purchasing operations within the business;
Manage requests and conduct quality checks related to the ordering process;
Create purchase orders for goods and services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets;
Request, track and validate order acknowledgements;
Collect and assess data related to blocked invoices and provide analysis in case of escalations;
Manage Raw Material Orders and Logistics;
Forecast Raw material consumption and planning.

Who we are looking for…Background and Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative purchasing or related areas,
College degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.

Technical Skills

Solid understanding of best practice procurement to pay techniques;
Fluent in Portuguese & English (mandatory), further European languages desirable;
Advanced knowledge of MS office tools and SAP knowledge will be highly valued.

Interpersonal Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse groups, managers, and subject matter experts;
Team player and flexible with a proactive and collaborative attitude;
High Level of accountability and accuracy;
Results oriented with the ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
