Price maintenance activities in ERP for external and internal customers
Creation, confirmation and/or cancellation of contracts/sales orders in ERP ordered by external and/or internal customers
Maintenance and update of customer and material databases
Price difference analysis activities, through the usage of the available tools
Ensure proper analysis of the documents issued by customers related to price differences, assuring the respective follow-up and the necessary corrective actions
Support invoice overdue recovering
Participation in working groups with the goal of problem solving and/or assure process improvementsThe ideal candidate will have/be:Minimum education level: High School Diploma
Experience / Technical and behavioural skills:
Fluent in English is mandatory, French or German is a plus
Autonomous and proactive
Excellent communication skills
Numerical ability
Team spirit
Organization and time management skills
Good computer skills (MS Office-Excel, SAP)
