- As a Senior Learning and Development specialist, you are responsible for designing and implementing competency-based learning journeys that align with SBM's strategic objectives, in collaboration with targeted business functions and associated HR generalists. You champion a cultural shift towards continuous learning, integrating it seamlessly into our operational workflows and driving a mindset of self-driven growth across the organization.
- You partner with functional leaders and HR to define role-specific competencies and learning needs aligned with business goals and career objectives.
- You design and deliver competency-based learning using the 70/20/10 model to improve performance.
- You guide the HR generalists to effectively implement the established learning strategy.
- You set and track KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and impact.
- You adjust programs based on feedback, results, and evolving needs.
- You report on learning metrics to highlight program impact on growth and performance.
- You use the LMS to offer accessible, integrated learning experiences and partner with the LO.
- You follow learning trends and market best practices to provide new ideas in line with company's needs
- You select/manage external vendors to ensure alignment with company culture and objectives.
- You support HR and business stakeholders to embed the competency based learning and development and performance management in the organization.
- You integrate IDE principles into learning programs and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, HR, business, or comparable subject.
- Strong experience in Learning and Development field. Demonstrated experience
