- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire and retain B2B clients in Lisbon.
- Identify and target key corporate clients, travel agencies, relocation companies, and businesses in need of flexible accommodation solutions.
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships with decision-makers and influencers, ensuring they see Ukio Apartments as their go-to partner for accommodation solutions.
- Understand the unique needs of each client and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals and employee or customer needs.
- From prospecting to closing, you’ll be in control of the full sales cycle, ensuring every deal is managed effectively.
- Work closely with our marketing, operations, and customer success teams to share insights, optimize offerings, and create exceptional experiences for your clients.
- This is a key role at Ukio, where your success will directly contribute to the company’s growth and expansion in the Lisbon market.
- You have a solid background in sales, particularly in B2B, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- An understanding or interest in the property, tech, or hospitality sectors will be a big plus.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and can engage with senior executives and business owners.
- You’re driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of your role and market.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
