- Develop action plans and sales techniques per the company's commercial strategy.
- Drive sales for maritime, air, and road freight services.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to grow the customer portfolio.
- Design and analyze competitive commercial proposals.
- Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales team to coordinate sales proposals.
- A university degree in International Trade or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry, with a focus on air/sea reefer (temperature-sensitive) products.
- Strong knowledge of the regional market, including customer acquisition and retention.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in English.
