- Collaborate with development teams on pricing, product mix, unit configuration and launch strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, buyer profiles and investment patterns.
- Ensure alignment between product design, construction, and market requirements.
- Oversee the after-sales team to ensure a best-in-class client experience.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, social media, and events.
- Manage project branding, visual assets, and showrooms to maximise lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy and pricing decisions.
- Define and implement sales strategies to achieve pre-sales and sales targets.
- Manage, train, and motivate the in-house sales team and external agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with local and international agents, brokers, and institutional investors.
- Oversee CRM management, sales reporting, and KPI tracking to ensure data-driven decisions.
- Continuously optimise sales processes to improve efficiency and performance.
Strong track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
Deep knowledge of the Portuguese residential market and international investment trends.
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
