And this is where your ride starts.YOUR MISSIONPosition Glovo's advertising assets as the best way for Brands to invest in order to increase awareness, consideration, conversion and loyalty. Improve business performance resulting in both, BRAND's and glovo's growth. Lead a team of Ads Account Managers responsible to develop & build BRAND relationships that promote loyalty & healthy cooperation.THE JOURNEY
  • Build and lead a high performance BRANDS team while developing talent from your assigned team.
  • Help draw and execute plans, making your BRANDS grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations (in-app & offline) and new assets, cross selling and up selling opportunities.
  • Creation of pipeline of new brands to pitch together other teams identifying best sellers and gaps in assortment
  • Help establish excellent relationships with the assigned BRANDS through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement.
  • Ensure that the brands managed in your team have the correct distribution (direct sourcing or distributor), presence in all points of sale
  • Ensure the teams targets are achieved and that they are correctly and timely doing Billing and finance & rolling-out of Brands Ads products to all MFCs or grocery partners
  • Ensure that Glovo has the best assortment and that these new SKUs are supported with different marketing activations
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or engineering
  • More than 5 years of Marketing, Sales or Business Development experience at a leading FMCG or Big Services company, Media Agency or e-commerce business.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a small team
  • Experience on executing integrated marketing campaigns or promotion plans across digital and non-digital channels
  • Understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs
  • Energetic, Highly motivated, results-driven and with excellent negotiation skills
  • Good Analytical skills and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal, in English and local language
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
  • Ability for identifying opportunities for process improvement in various aspects.
  • Great problem solver skills and capability to adapt fast to unexpected situations.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace. Strong drive for continuous improvement. Creative and a self-starter. Proactivity is in your DNA.
  • Full time availability: 3 days a week at the office, 2 optional remote.
  • Location: Lisbon
