Become a part of them and a multicultural environment.As an Order Management Specialist, you will work with the Swedish team to help and respond to customers' inquiries and problems with an empathetic customer service via phone, email and chat. The role also includes maintaining good customer relations through constant professional customer service and handling of questions and problems that the customer may face. The role also involves the use of the company's software.Your Profile
  • You are already a resident of Lisbon, and have all the documents to live and work in Portugal
  • Fluent in Swedish, written and oral. Good knowledge of English
  • Good computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Sympathetic and empathetic
  • Can work in teams and spread good team spirit
  • Is flexible and a fast learner
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in phone support/call center environment is required!
